HJI began as a launch partner for entrepreneurs across industries and quickly grew into a full-service incubator—most notably serving as the founding engine behind Kotzker Phfarma, now an emerging biopharmaceutical company in active conversation with the U.S. Department of Defense. Kotzker is pioneering solutions to protect soldiers from chemical warfare exposure and is the home of AgroDefend—the first neuroprotective and regenerative nutraceutical formulated to support civilians facing pesticide toxicity, PTSD, cognitive decline, Alzheimer’s, MS, and other neurodegenerative conditions.
Today, HJI is expanding its mission with the launch of a dedicated division for women entrepreneurs—offering tailored coaching, strategic consulting, and done-for-you infrastructure to help women transform vision into venture and build sustainable, scalable impact.
In parallel, I’ve co-developed collaborative productivity and messaging systems with Sarah Staub, founder of Olive Tree, to support high-performing teams and purpose-led organizations in scaling with clarity and cohesion.
With academic roots in national security, humanities, and political science, I bring a systems-oriented yet deeply human approach to business building—helping founders launch with precision, lead with purpose, and grow with resilience.
