HAL Fund Services Ireland (formerly Crossroads Capital Management Limited (CCM)) is part of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe (HAL). HAL’s subsidiary Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services S.A. acquired the majority of CCM in October 2019. CCM was originally incorporated in April 2014.
HAL Fund Services Ireland is a fully authorized UCITS Management Company and Alternative Investment Fund Manager approved and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland to provide investment management services in Ireland and facilitate distribution channels for clients who seek to raise capital in Europe and require a European regulated product.
