The Hale Training Club aims to be recognised for offering top level classes by the very best coaches around with an emphasis on the key classes of Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Spin and Ladies Only sessions. Supported by other classes throughout the week.
We've taken our name from the old fashioned term 'hale and hearty' which is a phrase used to describe someone who is strong and healthy. You don't often hear people use it these days but we're bringing it back.
