We offer CNC, swiss, and screw machining capabilities, including multi-axis and live tooling. CNC milling and machining including 3D contouring capabilities using GibbsCAM software. Our screw machines are ready to work for you 24/7, pumping out vast quantities of parts at a very competitive pricing. We routinely work with castings (steel, cast iron, aluminum), stampings, forgings, sheet metal, plastic injection molded and rubber bonded components to create complete assemblies. You can be sure of our quality as we are ISO:9001-2015 compliant, AISC Simple Bridge certified and are listed in PennDOT bulletin 15.
-Hall can supply finished components including outsource
processes such as heat treating, plating, anodizing, painting,
powder coating, passivating, electropolishing, and grinding.
-Hall can also supply complete assemblies with components that
may be CNC machined, fabricated, sheet metal, plastic, or cast.
-Hall can inventory your components and supply them on a "Just
In Time" basis to meet your assembly schedule.
