HanVoice at York is the York University chapter - one of the 19 chapters across Canada - for Hanvoce Canada. As an organization, our primary mission is to advocate for North Korean human rights and contribute towards eradicating the issue eventually. On a chapter level, we help raise awareness and gather supporters/volunteers/partners. At the same time, the grassroots organization works to make our North Korean refugee resettlement program successful in collaboration with IRCC and creates future leaders through several educational events.
