HAP Solutions is a Business Process Management Automation company, located in Chennai, India. We are pioneered in K2 & SharePoint Platforms. We are a small but an energetic young team, has automated business process for globally well-known enterprises. We are specialized in K2 Blackpearl - workflow, K2 Smartforms, K2 Integration with SAP using K2 Connect and K2 Integration with SharePoint. We are well experienced in K2 custom development and integrating K2 with external systems. We K2 customization capability includes K2 theme, K2 UI, K2 worklist, Mail by approval for non Exchange servers, Excel document processing, etc... Following are few of our accomplishments in recent past: A complex customer master and vendor master data management has been implemented for a marketing expansion company in Malaysia on top of K2 platform. The complex MDM process has been moved from SAP to K2. The new K2 application is capable of handling hundreds of data fields, infinite number of approval levels and dynamically configurable for around 69 countries. We have migrated around 50 medium and large workflows from SharePoint to K2 within 3 months of time for a semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore. Thanks to K2 for its rapid application development capability. Receiving thousands of invoices every day and manually feeding them to the system in order to get processed is a nightmare to any company. Our office automation solution extract the invoice data from mails and submit requests to the multiple level of approvers automatically. We have achieved it by extending K2's out of the box capabilities. A supply chain management company in Singapore is receiving thousands of purchase orders in Excel format from their down streaming system. The complexity of validating the data in Excel by every approver has been simplified by our solution. We used the K2 for workflow and developed custom components for K2 to process the Excel documents.
