Happy 2 be Home Overview

Our mission is to enable families to provide a suitable home environment for children with chronic, long term, multiple disabilities to enhance their quality of life. Happy 2 Be Home provides funding for improvements to a family's house in order to make it suitable for their chronically ill child to be able to live there. The modifications or improvements that we provide depend on the individual situation. We will work closely with the family to determine what we can provide to improve their child's quality of life at home. We can help with projects like: • Wheelchair lifts • Generators • Bedroom remodeling • Bathroom retrofitting • Stairs and doorway access H2BH is an all volunteer non-profit corporation registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a charitable organization. We are funded entirely by grants and individual contributions. We have a variety of sponsorship levels if you would like to sponsor our fundraising events. We currently serve families who own their own home who have a chronically ill child that are school age (21st birthday at the end of the school year) or younger in the following areas, a 25 mile radius of Gilbertsville, PA. Happy 2 Be Home was founded in 2009 born from the inspiring journeys of two incredible children, Charlotte and Nathan. At Happy 2 Be Home, we believe that every child deserves a place to call home—a place where their unique needs are met with compassion, understanding, and support. Together, with the continued support of our community, partners, and generous donors, we aim to make a lasting impact on the lives of these remarkable children and their families.
