I am passionate about eliminating the feelings of overwhelm, isolation and confusion for pregnant people as they progress through the healing phases of the 4th trimester and transition into one of the most sacred roles in life - parenting. With 13 years of experience in pediatrics, I am also passionate about addressing the root cause of the most common (but not normal) ailments many neurotypcial babies experience, such as colic, reflux, plagiocephaly, torticollis, and digestive issues. As an occupational therapist I have expert skills in motor and sensory development, environmental adaptations, and in understanding the power of meaningful engagement in daily living skills and the role of identity, habits and routine in our lives. As a craniosacral therapist I bring a healing aspect to the work that I do by assisting my clients in accessing the natural healing mechanisms of their body.
