HHHJ is a youth-led initiative by Deals Colony, founded by a 10-yr-old during COVID to help kids turn screentime into skilltime. Now a registered social enterprise (est. 2024), we empower young minds through screen-smart programs focusing on their well-being—sparking creativity, confidence, and social skills far beyond scrolling.
Since becoming a social enterprise, we are co-creating and supporting programs in collaboration with aligned communities, charities, and youth-led initiatives—placing impact over ownership to help our partners lead, while we scale the ripple effect.
Programs include live shows, holiday camps, essential life skills workshops, mindful entrepreneurship and public speaking forums—all designed to help youth thrive through passion-led projects rooted in personal goals and interests.
🌱 Growth in 4 Stages
Stage 1: Inspire & Ideate 🔹 Connected with 30+ families via live shows and ScreenSmart workshops—children flipped the script by becoming digital wellbeing advocates instead of passive viewers.
Stage 2: Expand & Seed 🔹 Reached 500+ children, built 50+ partnerships, Raised $11K to support kids’ goals and micro-businesses, Donated $5K to the Children’s Hospital Foundation
Stage 3: Collaborate & Launch 🔹 Piloted youth-led career pathways and internships for migrant students
Stage 4: Grow & Scale 🔹 Social Enterprise-launching screen-smart STEAM innovation programs in collab. with aligned charities and youth-led initiatives, Sharing digital well-being and detox content via live media, Co-hosting with mission-driven partners to amplify changemakers and grow shared impact
Our next BOLD goal: By 2032 Empower 50M+ youth globally through digital education, passion projects, and purpose-led partnerships—driving progress toward the Global Goals.
