Mark and Rebekah Stogsdill began selling pickles and other tasty fermented goods at farmers' markets in and around San Diego County in 2010. They wanted to give the community access to the wonderfully delicious and incredibly healthy world of fermented products. As fermentation became more and more mainstream, our sales have grown. As it turns out, fermented foods (like sauerkraut and kimchi) and beverages (like kombucha and kvass) are delicious, but they are also the perfect addition for your gut!
