Ten years ago, I formed Harbor Sights, a web development company that lets me do what I loved to do most in newspapers — tell stories. Explain simply and graphically who, what, when, where and why.
Once a visual journalist (nice term), I now lead a small interactive agency, where we identify the best features of our client's business and present them online for future customers.
So much has changed in our first 10 years. Customers used to request simple sites to act as brochures and business cards. Now customers require interactive experiences in which they appear as online niche and industry leaders.
Appearance is reality. We help our clients interact and share with their customers, who contribute and value their relationships.
