Harda Clinic Douala, officially opened its doors on November 01, 2021, borne out of a vision that was conceived almost two decades ago starting with two healthcare centres. Harda Clinic Douala has a daring vision of building a hospital with over 400-bed capacity, inspired by the devastating effects of the global pandemic COVID-19. The pandemic exposed the inefficiencies and ineffectiveness of Harda Heath centres that existed before Harda Clinic, Douala. Harda Clinic Douala is a continuation of work that started with two Health Centres created in 2008; at the heart of Douala and in Bamenda. Harda Health Centre Doula one of the health centres has achieved tremendous impact in the health sector in the Littoral Regional and Cameroon in general. For instance, giving birth to over six thousand babies.
Healthcare challenges in Cameroon remain a long way from achieving adequate solutions. Harda Clinics aim to play a crucial role in the ecosystem of change-makers and specifically to be a key player in providing top quality, accessible and affordable healthcare to Cameroonians, especially underserved communities. We currently have a team of over 16 full-time, well-trained healthcare professionals, including but not limited to medical doctors, general and specialist nurses, and Lab technicians to cater for the needs of our clients.
