Formed in 2001, becoming a limited company in 2007, we are design focused, award winning, chartered civil and structural engineers based in Dalston. We provide consultancy services on a wide range of projects. These include: commercial new build and refurbishment schemes; historic and listed building restoration; domestic remodelling; basement conversions and bespoke structures such as sculptures and staircases. Our projects extend in value up to £15m.
The Company employs fourteen people, with a higher than average proportion of female engineers. Our staff have a diverse range of backgrounds.
We work with many high profile architects and have seen many of our projects published in media outlets. Several of our schemes have received RIBA London Awards.
Our client base consists largely of architects, developers, local authorities and contractors whom we have worked with over a number of years.
We work with both traditional materials and those lesser known such as basalt and plywood/steel composites. At Hardman Structural Engineers we aim to bring creative, effective and appropriate structural solutions to our projects.
