My service to you is this: I manage your company books in a way that the data is not only right, but useful to your business venture. Not only this, but I will help you understand your books, so that you can make the best business decisions.
As for tax planning, I will not wait until April 15. My tax planning begins January 1 of the year before. I will closely monitor your books and your company plans so that you can take advantage of tax opportunities before they come, and avoid tax snags before they catch you--not on April 15, when you can do nothing about it.
Pricing is at a monthly fixed rate for accounting and tax planning services. We discuss the work you want done, and we agree on a set price for the work. It does not go up or down. This means you can call me without fearing a $50 charge. Services covered under the monthly fee may include bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax filings, ongoing tax research, regular meetings, budgeting, planning, and many others. Unusual and extraordinary one-time projects (eg. books cleanup, extensive accounting/tax projects) will have their own one-time fee.
Minimum price for monthly services is $500. If you pay for any three months up-front, I grant a 5% discount. If you pay for any six months up-front, 7.5%.
