We are a Community Interest Company creating a safe, inclusive haven at the Harvest Resource Centre. Our mission: tackle isolation, loneliness, and mental health stigma through practical support and social connection—especially in communities where these struggles are silenced. HOW WE BUILD RESILIENCE: ✅ 1. Essential Support: 🥫 Food Bank + Community Café – Nourishing bodies & souls ❄️ Winter Warm Space – Hot drinks, friendly chats, and dignity 👗 Bi-Annual Community Wardrobe – Free clothing for those in need ✅ 2. Social Empowerment: 👨👩👧👦 Family & Youth Focus: Toys, youth clubs, Mother & Baby groups 🌱 55+ Social Hub + Community Garden – Combatting elder loneliness 🧠 Informal Counselling & Prayer Support – Some people ask for prayer, so we pray with them. We offer informal counselling and emotional support in breaking mental health taboos. ✅3.
