Our goal is to produce terroir driven wines that honestly express their alpine origin. We started our conversion to biodymic farmin in 2018 as we believe that beautiful terroir expression in wine has its foundation in the soil.
Remigen, Aargau:
Cool climate grapes such as Pinot Noir, Kerner and Riesling. The soil is clay based with plenty of limestones mixed in.
Döttingen, Aargau:
Mainly cool climate grapes like Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc, but also some Blaufränkisch and Malbec that ripe beautifully on the South facing slopes above the town of Döttingen
Gordemo, Ticino:
A steep South facing slope above the Lago Maggiore planted to Merlot.
