Haz Bar & Restaurant Group Overview

First established in 2001, Haz Bar & Restaurant is a celebration of modern Mediterranean cooking, perfect grilling and mouth watering cocktails. The Group is led by our Turkish founders, Zafer, Haci and Ahmet. The name, HAZ, combines the initials of our three founders, and coincidentally, translates to ‘pleasure’ in our native tongue. Far from home and unable to find traditional and authentic Turkish food in London, the partners set out to be the first authentic Turkish restaurant in the City. They've since opened the doors to a total of six restaurants and have big plans for further expansion. Grilling is a specialty of ours; it’s an art form that we’ve perfected over many years and our chefs continue to use ancient techniques to create the perfect combination of texture and flavour. Our cocktails have been carefully concocted in conjunction with our food menu, with complimentary and contrasting flavours such as pomegranate and lime, and beetroot and mint. Our carefully selected wine list includes many Turkish favourites, with a variety of whites, reds and sparkling wine from all around the world.
