I set up Hazel Boyd Interiors in 2015 having undertaken several successful design projects during and after completion of my Interior Design BA. Working with residential and commercial projects I believe designing with integrity is key to a successful design, understanding the relationship between each element, creating a unique personal space reflecting your own ‘Personal Style DNA’.
For me, bringing your project to life is an essential part of my design package for every client, using CAD software and 3d imaging, in combination with samples of fabric, wallpapers and colours within your room gives true visualisation, taking out the guess work and providing huge peace of mind.
The relationships I have with trusted trading partners and carefully selected new suppliers enables me to source and procure unique products and, most importantly, I will always look to include existing loved and cherished items into your design, whether this be up-cycling furniture or find a new setting for a baby grand piano!
My background is firmly fixed in design having worked as a kitchen designer and run my own furniture retail and workshop business, I have been sourcing products at interior shows and exhibitions for 25 years, initially for my furniture business and latterly for interior design clients. Keeping up to date and embracing the use of traditional suppliers gives me a creative advantage when it comes to working on varied and challenging projects.
