HCM Technology PLC was established in November 2019 with the intention of engaging in the services of information technology in Ethiopia. b. What the company does 1. HCM Technology is focusing on providing software solutions that add value to customers' businesses. 2. It provides training of various sorts that assist trainees in enhancing their skills in Information Technology products and services management. 3. It also provides support services to information technology infrastructure and solutions. HCM Technology PLC has partnered with various foreign-based companies to provide software-based solutions to institutions. Currently, it has partnered with SwiftAnt Company in providing cloud-based insurance solutions to Nyala Insurance Company. The contract has been signed and the project is in progress and will be completed as planned. Other Solutions that HCM Technology PLC is intending to provide in collaboration with companies of reputable suppliers/ providers include the following. 1. Government Administration solutions such as 1.1. Trade Facilitation – Systems under Trade Facilitation 1.2. Legal System Administration(judiciary) 1.3. Tax Administration Solutions 2. Insurance Service Solutions b.Trainings Currently, HCM Technology PLC has taken over the training center that was being operated by Techno Brain PLC in order to provide advanced level training in various information technology areas. We are employing trainers who are certified in the area they are providing training. We have a fully furnished training center that fits the standards of the technology vendors for classroom-based training. Our mission is to enable our customers to use technology effectively and efficiently in their daily business (Bridging the Gap) through our information technology services and solutions.
