At the HDS Foundation, Inc., we are dedicated to mentoring and creating opportunities for teens and young adults with Autism-related disabilities. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our primary focus is to help develop work and daily living skills, enhance socio-educational transitional experiences through school-based partnerships, and support post-secondary pathways for this growing population. By bridging gaps that accommodate diverse abilities and facilitating access to college-level and other post-secondary education, we strive to strengthen the chances of meaningful, long-term employment and self-sufficiency. We believe that addressing these needs through a range of tailored solutions ensures that teens and young adults are better equipped for future demands.
