Headlamp Idaho Overview

Headlamp is a metaphor for how I want to help business owners. It's easy to get so buried in the daily chaos of trying to run a business that we forget to stop, remind ourselves where it is we're going, purposefully examine where we are and create a plan, with "heartfelt intention", to get there. The term "heartfelt intention" stems from an interview between Oprah and Lebron James where he admitted that every time he felt like he was off his game, he realized he was playing someone else's game. Oprah's response was "We fall off course the minute our intention shifts from following our hearts to responding to what we think others believe". I believe every business owner and founder started their business with that heartfelt intention and that, over time, some of them started playing someone else's game. It's that original 'heartfelt intention' that I want to shine a light on.
