Why We Do What We Do
We are passionate about improving mental health and preventing suicide in a new way. We do this by using comedy as a tool to improve psychological performance by reframing negative thought patterns to improve quality of life and cognitive processing.
How We Do What We Do
While we do not diagnose or treat patients, our programs and protocols are developed by a team of mental health clinicians in collaboration with our comedian facilitators. Our program was piloted for 36-weeks at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center and has been used to help over 6,000 veterans, corporate leaders, and professional athletes to date.
