HealthChain, a project funded by the EU's I3 Instrument, aims to create demand-driven digital health solutions by fostering collaboration between Healthcare Organizations (HOs) and IT companies. The needs and challenges are identified by the HOs and end users, ensuring solutions are tailored to their requirements. Through collaborative efforts, both end users and developers work together to address the identified challenges and co-create innovative solutions. HealthChain brings together a diverse consortium of eighteen partners spanning five regional ecosystems across different EU countries, ensuring a holistic and inclusive approach to transforming healthcare.
