Healthcare Frontiers Canada (HFC) is a grassroots community organization working to improve the quality and accessibility of care across the nation. We work to produce relevant media to help patients navigate care and partner with individuals and families to advocate for them. Our community-partners form long-term relationships with other people seeking advocacy within the healthcare system. HFC is also a tool for change. By organizing our community of past and present patients we advocate for better healthcare to our elected representatives. We are always seeking to join people passionate about improving healthcare in their communities.
