HealthShare is an affordable community-based health care coverage program specifically designed for uninsured employees of local small businesses.
The only program of its kind in the state, HealthShare shares costs among the business owner, the employee, and a community fund with contributions from a variety of sources. HealthShare costs about $60 per month for the employer and about $60 a month for the employee.
