Healthy Bengal is a preventive health and wellness platform with focus on linking individuals and companies with preventive healthcare facilitators, both locally and internationally. For us health is not only physical fitness, health is a more holistic avenue that covers both physical and mental wellbeing and extend to socially and environmentally responsible behavior. We support corporates in creating awareness and sharing practical action plans on topics related to preventive health. We arrange daylong/half-day/hour-long awareness sessions on mental health, physical fitness and nutrition by connecting the clients to their preferred facilitators. We also arrange one-time and monthly fitness packages (yoga, free hand, meditation) and healthy food catering services via our associated brand Dr. Green (from 2019).
