Why❓If students are shown a sensible potential career pathway in this longevity space, the world will have more talent 💪 dedicated to the battle against death by aging. ➤ HLI's Mission ➤ To craft and unlock action-paths for NUS students who are healthy lifespan extension enthusiasts and allies that enable them to support and promote the longevity field regardless of their career choices, and augment their health using evidence-based protocols. ➤ HLI's Vision ➤ We will usher in the movement and philosophy of healthy lifespan extension among university students and early-career professionals in Singapore. ➤ HLI's Objectives ➤ 1) To achieve 5% of HLI alumni whose first or second post-graduate or post-doctoral full-time job is at an entity whose product, service or research advances the quest to obviate aging or premature death by non-infectious diseases. 2) Organize one cross-CCA activity every semester to promote longevity in as many student populations as possible. 3) Promote health-related initiatives on campus (e.g. investigate salt reduction strategies in NUS canteens and cafeterias). Our activities and events are held at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
