Healthy Sisters Overview
Wij zijn twee zusjes die door eigen overgewicht meer zijn gaan verdiepen in voeding en beweging. We hebben jaren van alles uitgeprobeerd, van Sonja Bakker tot aan het ziekenhuisdieet. Als tijdelijke oplossing waren het prima diëten, de kilo’s vlogen ervan af maar kwamen net zo hard weer terug. Door te kiezen voor een compleet ander levensstijl, zijn we blijvend kilo’s afgevallen. Het gezonde leven en sporten is way of life geworden voor ons. Dat wil niet zeggen dat wij maatje 34 hebben en nooit zondigen, want ook wij lusten graag chocolade en een lekker vette friet op z’n tijd.
