HealthyPath provides a large network of primary care providers associated with Genesis Primary Care, Physicians Group of Southeast Ohio and the Muskingum Valley Health Center. HealthyPath also provides access to a wide range of Genesis specialty physicians, the full services of Genesis HealthCare System and other local physician specialists. If care cannot be managed locally, then you can be referred to other regional health care providers and the same benefits apply.
HealthyPath is a collaborative partnership between Genesis, QCP, Covet Health (TPA), TPAC (stop-loss carrier), and Brokers.
