Hearnshaw was formed in 2002 as a specialist Corporate Advisory firm developing commercialisation and Innovation strategies and undertaking specialist executive roles at CEO and Board level. The company has undertaken many assignments using proprietary business tools and techniques and is a national leaders in developing governance strategies for companies experiencing technology or business model disruptions.

● Specialist consulting in market-driven choice modelling to several organisations that have extensive customer facing operations – CA’s, Sydney Water and Mortgage Choice.
● Interim CEO for Agrilink Holdings Pty Ltd which led to a more permanent role as the Founder of AquaSpy – a re-launch of Agrilink
● Led a business restart in the USA with a new technology platform, relaunching as AquaSpy in Agriculture and a Golf subsidiary Golflinx.
● Development of an entirely new Strategic Plan and Business Plan.
● Developed a patent in an Expert System for demand management and carbon credits.
● Attracted Australian and overseas investment amounting to over $25M.
● Ran offices in Florida, Phoenix, Atlanta, St Louis and Omaha plus Australian locations.
● Developed strategic relationships with Monsanto and other international biotech and seed companies, plus farming cooperatives and Californian Government in drought management.
● Developed a blue-chip client and dealer base in USA and overseas including: Monsanto, Beef (USA), Nike Golf, TPC, Rain Bird, Valmont, Netafim, PureSense, Trump, Galo Wines.
● Received several awards for entrepreneurship, innovation and marketing - AquaSpy is now regarded as the world leader in IoT for soil characteristics.
● Delivered numerous international speaking engagements at water, clean tech and electronic industry events; and advisory positions to State and Federal Government.
● Helped form WaterAustralia and the Goyder Centre.
