Heart Space Art Therapy Studio

Heart Space is an art therapy studio that offers therapy services in addition to creative workshops, art based groups and open studio events. It is a safe creative space where one can be curious and explore their creativity. In doing so, one can build connection with themselves, and with others. Heart Space focuses on the process over the product of what is being made. It is about being in the moment, following our intuition and seeing where it takes you. Creative experiences where we can do something different, something unexpected can elicit significant changes in our mental health. Exposure to the arts, whether making or observing, can help ground someone in their experience of the world. From that head space, we can then meet the demands of the world. As Henri Matisse said "it takes courage to be creative" and we cant wait to see you be courageous.
