Heartland Podiatry's philosophy is to provide the best care in general medicine and surgery of the foot. We treat common foot and ankle disorders, and specialize in the treatment of adults and children who require special attention due to sport injuries, diabetes, poor circulation or age-related problems.
Through continuing educational seminars and meetings, our staff strives to remain at the forefront of our specialty. This enables us to provide you with prompt, comfortable and friendly care.
Payment and Insurance Info: To help meet your health care needs, we participate in many of the PPOs and HMOs including Medicare in the Greater Kansas City area. If you subscribe to one of these plans, you will pay the co-pay or the applicable deductible at the time of your visit. However, if you do not subscribe to one of the accepted PPO/HMOs, we ask that you pay for the services at the time of your visit. To assist you with your insurance claim, we will check your coverage during your visit to our office. Of course, we will be happy to help you complete your insurance forms. Since you will be paying for the services during your visit, the insurance company will send the check directly to you.
