Helem.Club is a community movement founded by and for people with Post Traumatic Stress Injuries (commonly known as PTSD). Our mission is to reduce the harm of PTSD in Israel by creating a strong community that shares knowledge and digital resources. Our programs fortify not only the personal resilience of the members, but the collective resilience of Israel and Israeli society.
There are over 1 million people with PTSD in Israel, including army veterans, victims of child abuse, sexual assault, car accidents, toxic workplaces and more. Most of these people are undiagnosed and untreated, while dealing with similar challenges and looking for solutions.
At Helem.Club we examine the widespread challenges and barriers that are unique to people with PTSD in order to find solutions. Our programs aim to develop a community focused on self-rehabilitation, expand knowledge and awareness, provide tools for organizations and workplaces, and make public spaces accessible to all.

יחד בנינו קהילה שמשתפת בידע, כלים ומענים שעוזרים לנו לחיות חיים טובים יותר. הפעילות שלנו מתמקדת בחיזוק החוסן האישי של פוסט טראומטים.ות, והחוסן הקולקטיבי של החברה והמדינה.
בישראל יש יותר ממיליון פוסט טראומטים.ות, מכל מיני רקעים: מהצבא, מהילדות, מפגיעות מיניות, תאונות דרכים, התעמרות במקום העבודה ועוד. רוב המתמודדים עם פוסט טראומה בישראל אינם מאובחנים או מטופלים, מתמודדים עם אתגרים וחוויות דומות, וצריכים פתרונות דומים.
אנחנו בהלם קלאב בוחנים נקודות חיכוך, אתגרים וחסמים ייחודיים לפוסט טראומטים ופועלים להסרתם באופן רוחבי. התוכניות שלנו עוסקות בפיתוח הקהילה, הרחבת הידע והמודעות, הענקת כלים לארגונים ומקומות עבודה, הנגשת מרחבים ציבוריים ושיקום עצמי.
