Our caregivers are in constant communication with our nurse administrator, who is a registered nurse (RN) and Critical Care registered nurse (CCRN) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She has over 35 years of experience in geriatric nursing and care coordination. If there is any change with you or your loved one’s status, that information is quickly conveyed to our nurse administrator, so your home care plan can be modified to accommodate such changes.
