HEMMAT was established as a consultant office under the umbrella of King Abdul Aziz University’s Research and Consulting Institute (RACI) to provide practical mechanical engineering consultants and professional training courses designed for engineers and technicians.
The office is directed by Dr. Muhammad Basha who works as an academic staff at the department of Mechanical Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering. Dr. Muhammad Basha is specialized in the design, manufacturing and experimentally testing both conventional and hybrid polymeric fiber-reinforced composite materials.
The office also cooperate with an elite of academic staff from the Mechanical Engineering department to provide professional consultants and training courses in the fields on mechanical engineering.
