Henri Capitant Cambodia is a legal association duly registered with the Cambodian authorities which objectives are the promotion of Cambodian Law and its Harmonization and its modernization with the cooperation of lawyers and legal in the country. Our Association is part of Henri Capitant international group initiated by the famous French Henri Capitant Association of Friends of French legal culture created in 1935. As a key player in the current revision of the French Civil Code, the Henri Capitant Association is referenced by the French public service broadcasting law (LegiFrance) as one of the main French legal portals.
We firmly believe that the rule of law gradually grows in Cambodia, our country having stability only a few years. We believe in a strong state law for sustainable development.
