Herbal Medics Academy has been teaching herbal medicine for over 17 years to 1000's of students. We are the only school in the world that combines western field medicine (remote, austere and post-disaster) with herbal medicine, based on actual practice. Our 18 member faculty includes doctors, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, acunpuncture and western clinical herbalists and working professionals in every subject that is taught.
We have 5 primary programs:
- Clinical Herbalism
- Advanced Medicine Making (Apothecary Program)
- Austere Medicine (starts with WFA, AWFA and WFR certification and moves well beyond into the world of herbal medicine in the field)
- Family Medicine (women's and pediatric herbal health, pre-natal, post-partum, emergency birth and doula certification and more)
- Community Herbalism (For those who don't have the time for the full clinical program but want to specialize in an area of community herbalism)
