HerGrowth is the largest and the only women empowerment organization serving professionals in the finance, asset management industry in China, and companies in these industries that are on the diverse, inclusive journey.
The HerGrowth community aims to facilitate the goal of improving diversity and advancing women representation in the finance and asset management industry across Asia. HerGrowth organizes online and offline seminars and salons on a monthly basis in both Shanghai and Beijing; conducts monthly interviews with women leaders and publishes columns on their workplace experiences and career advice.
