Heritage Weaves is a circular textile enterprise transforming post-production garment waste into handcrafted ikat home furnishings, preserving artisan heritage while solving a growing environmental crisis. Every year, India’s fashion and textile industry generates millions of tons of pre-consumer fabric waste. At the same time, traditional weavers face declining incomes and reduced demand for their centuries-old skills. Heritage Weaves addresses both challenges through one solution: recycling textile waste into beautiful, functional, and sustainable handwoven products. We partner with over 500 ikat weavers across Telangana, blending tradition with innovation to create unique upcycled fabrics for conscious brands, interior designers, and retailers. Our products include cushion covers, table linens, curtains, upholstery fabric, and more—each piece carrying the story of revival, resilience, and responsible design.
