The Heroes On Ice Classic is a Hockey showdown between Firefighters and Police Officers. We are a 100% volunteer run, not-for-profit movement that unites communities local pride and passion for sports with the desire to be catalysts for positive change. We are proud of our hometowns and want to make it the best home for everyone. Hence why our funds are always pledged towards a local cause.
We are looking for great local businesses to be part of something special... an event that brings the Oakville community together for a good cause. Want in for our upcoming Hockey Rivalry Showdown between local Firefighters and Police Officers this October 2nd at 16-mile creek arena? The event will have 1,500 students (Grade 5-8) in attendance alongside teachers, parents, and families.
All funds raised go towards the local cause, Food4Kids Halton.
*For reference, the event is similar to our Queen’s Basketball charity (Tri-Colour Classic) which raised $250K last year for Childhood Cancer research.
