Hetrick Mfg., Inc. rebuilds and re-tubes heat exchangers. We offer local pick-up drop-off, and quick turn-around. Have an I.P.E. unit? Send us the 7 or 8 digit SO# and we will pull the original specifications for an exact replacement -- gaskets, bundles, or complete. We have complete in-house machining capabilities for all heat exchanger components such as tube sheets, girth or shell flanges, and baffles. This includes sheet metal fabrication servies such as CNC Turret punching, tube bending, roll-forming, shearing and press-brake forming. Hetrick Mfg., Inc.'s expertise is with over 30 years of custom shell & tube heat exchanger design and engineering, the latest in thermal and mechanical design software, and expert welders.
