Hidayat International Private Limited was founded in 2021 by Mohammad Adnan Ansari with the help of his Ammi and Abbu, in the Leather City of Kanpur. The concept was nothing new for him as his father was already upcycling leather apparel (coats, skirts and pants) to jackets in their small scale manufacturing workshop and selling the upcycled jackets in the local leather jacket market of Kanpur, all of this, even before this 'Word' and this 'Concept' became popular.
Adnan, in his quest to search for a market-disrupting startup idea, came across the booming market for something called Upcycled Clothing. Surprised by the fact that his market-disrupting idea was lying there in his own home, he went ahead with his research on the topic and naturally after 6 months Hidayat International was incorporated.
