We specialize in bioregional blue corn waffles, hand pressed blue corn tacos, and superfood, super delicious smoothies to satisfy a broad range of taste preferences. Our menu is very simple- the flavors of our food however, extend beyond simplicity, adding lovely combinations of both bold and subtle tastes to excite the palate.
