HVB is a leading energy broker in the Australian wholesale electricity and renewable energy markets. In the energy commodities markets, our products include: - OTC and futures electricity swap and option contracts - Gas futures - OTC Environmental Products - Weather derivatives across the domestic Australian and overseas markets. HVB has been a pioneer in both the Electricity and Renewable Energy markets with the Director being the first broker to transact Electricity futures contracts on the ASX in 2002. HVB were also the first brokers to transact the first trade in Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCU's) at a price of $22.50 in November 2011. Bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to these markets enables HVB to provide the most comprehensive integrated service facilitating energy transactions between buyers and sellers in “over the counter” and “Exchange Traded” markets.
