HIT Self Defence & Martial Arts Gym is the first of its kind fully equipped and dedicated facility to learn and train various kinds of martial arts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. With a dedicated gym space for strength training and cardio with world class martial arts training infrastructure HIT Self Defence
& Martial Arts Gym is Bhopal's first and only full-fledged MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Training Facility. We train individuals of all ages in Boxing,Karate, Taekwon-Do and Kick Boxing along with Self Defence and Street Fighting Techniques, Weight Loss, Body sculpting and of course Mixed Martial Arts. Located at an accessible and prime location almost 500 metres from Hoshangabad Road, it is spread over 2 floors and an area close to 1700 sq. ft.
HIT Self Defence & Martial Arts Gym is affiliated to several national and international federations like KAI, GTF, IWSOI, WMMAC and many more. HIT Self Defence & Martial Arts Gym has represented Bhopal & Madhya Pradesh in several national and international tournaments with notable successes in GTF Asia Open-2016, Int'l Taekwon-Do Championship-2017, National & Invitational Taekwon-Do Championship-2018 and World Beach Combat Games-2019.
With growing focus on women's safety and the importance of self defence and increasing consciousness about alternative fitness, HIT Self Defence & Martial Arts Gym bridges the gap between sports, fitness and self defence; providing holistic training to everyone.
