Established by HLTH, Inc., HLTH Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that creates alliances and initiatives with industry, academic and non-profit organizations to improve health and health-related opportunities for underserved patients, digital health entrepreneurs and other healthcare professionals. Its activities are driven by five imperatives for high quality and sustainable healthcare: health equity, innovation, inclusion, affordability, and access.
HLTH Foundation convenes the Techquity for Health Coalition, providing education, research, advocacy and connections to fulfill the promise of digital health for underserved people; and CSweetener, a healthcare career mentorship program which aims to improve gender balance and intersectionality in industry leadership. The Foundation partners with HLTH, Inc. to bring mission-driven engagements to HLTH and ViVE events.
