HoChi is a group of restaurants launching in Spain in 2018 focussed on delivering high quality Vietnamese street style food in a unique and trendy setting.
With a mission to provide beautifully designed restaurants, chef quality food and restaurant quality service in a relaxed format, HoChi is the first venture from the team of entrepreneur Daniel Graetzer and highly-respected Head Chef Bernat Bermudo.
After training as a chef in Escuela de Hostelería Hofmann, Bernat spent time working in the kitchens in Gaig, Lima 27 (Peru), Ramón Freixa and Hofmann, among others before co-creating the acclaimed Mano Rota Restaurant in Barcelona, Spain (www.manorota.com).
