HODL Token Club's purpose is to create an exclusive Web3 organisation owned by its investors. To achieve 100% true ownership, we issued an eStandard Digital Token (ESDT) share called "$HODL" token (HODL- b8bd81). $HODL token is our net worth share and by holding $HODL, you will own a piece of it.
A total of 1,111 $HODL tokens were created, of which 90% of the supply can be initially acquired only by minting the “Galactic Hodler NFT” (GH-NFT) collection. The GH collection consists of 10k NFTs mintable in FrameIt.
75% of $EGLD mint revenue will be added to the HODL Token Club Treasury.

The #HODL & Earn $REWARD system was a feature created based on the community’s feedback in the early days. Investors were looking for guaranteed passive income from their NFT holdings. That's how $REWARD token was born.
For our big investors we additionally introduced the “HODL Founder NFT” (HF-NFT) collection. Owners of HF-NFT will gain access to a private Discord channel and will be able to actively participate with the Founder in forging the path and evolution of the project.
$EGLD from the treasury will be converted into Liquidity Pool (LP) tokens or $XMEX on xExchange to generate yield for HF-NFT owners. The more $EGLD is converted to LP or $XMEX the higher the $HODL token valuation.
50% of yield generated on xExchange will benefit HF-NFT owners, the other 50% will go into our treasury contributing to our net worth valuation and benefiting $HODL Token owners.
We also do have an exit plan in place: To give the project the chance to grow to its maximum potential 5 years after minting start a voting proposal will be activated. If more than 50% of Hodlers vote for exit, we will liquidate all liquid assets of the HODL Token Club Treasury wallet and distribute proportionally to the $HODL token share.
