Hey there, I’m Peter :) I’m a Integrative Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, specializing in Sports Performance. I am a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a certified Level 1 MovNat trainer, and teach various mindfulness & meditation classes at local studios in Bergen County. I primarily work with high school & college student-athletes to help them achieve peak performance in their sport, the classroom, and home life with family & friends. I help these young student-athletes develop performance & personal goals to use as guidance and motivation as we work through the areas of nutrition, dynamic exercise, mindfulness, yoga, school life, stress, sleep, relationships, money & budgeting, etc. I support you through every step in the process to reaching your athletic, academic, & social goals! Peter experienced severe health problems from January 2013 to June 2014, and has transformed his health entirely on his own. This is where his transformational journey and understanding of true health started. Looking back on his athletic & academic time in high school & college, he realizes if he had these health & lifestyle tools he would have been able to take his game to another level both on the court and inside the classroom. Now, it is his mission to pay it forward to the younger generations of student-athletes. Peter played AAU basketball for the New York Gauchos and high school varsity basketball at Bergen Catholic and St. Peter’s Prep, graduating high school in 2006. He attended Babson College, graduating in 2010 with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He worked in Commercial Real Estate Financing for 1 year and Corporate Financial Restructuring for 5 years before leaving the corporate world on his own terms to pursue his passion to help others transform their health and lifestyle. He has lost 25 pounds since graduating college in 2010.
