Howard Lees founded Hollin after 30 years as a Civil Engineer. He left his senior position with the Bechtel Corporation to start Hollin back in 2004. Since then, he’s been joined by a core team in the UK, and a wider federation of associates from around the world, including a Hollin office in New Zealand covering the Asia region. BMT is currently being taught in Europe, the US, Asia and Australasia.
While Howard is our Managing Director, day-to-day Hollin is overseen by Rachel Edwards, our Consulting Director, and Joanne Benjamin, our Training Director. Rachel and Joanne have been coaching and teaching BMT to some of the UK’s top teams, including the multiple-award-winning Bond Street Stations Upgrade team and Costain’s Behavioural Safety Programme Team.
